Smoothie : apple juice/banana/spirulina

Ingredients (for 2 glasses):

- 1 banana

- 300 ml of apple juice

- 1 teaspoon of spirulina

Preparation (2 mn):

1°/ In a blender, place the apple juice, banana and spirulina and mix for one minute.

2°/ Serve in two glasses or in one very large glass.
